Communication Sheets

It is important to have on record in schools all the information that makes it easier for you to know the pupils that you teach. There are some colourful sheets below which can be filled in by parents with perhaps additional drawings from the children. There are also sheets of essential information such as medical details, school uniform details and necessary equipment.  Parents should have in writing details about the school day and general methods of communication.
