Teachers Roald Dahl is always a favourite story for pupils. Creating patterns and learning about odds and evens is fun and reinforces previous learning.
worksheet
English It is always interesting to discover what pupils have understood about various animals around the world. KS3 pupils need to know how to write a persuasive article so work on this is helpful.
 worksheet
Maths Many children need extra help with numbers so working through these papers at the various levels will revise work already covered in class.
worksheet
Foundation Stage Animals are always a popular subject for Foundation Stage children to work on. The papers below will increase their vocabulary and they will enjoy the topic work.
 worksheet
Spelling and Phonics Good spelling is essential. Phonics will help pupils correctly spell new words. Phonics also help children attempt more difficult words so that their writing is more interesting to read.

 worksheet
Science The biology quiz will reinforce learning. Pupils like watching birds and particular when they build nests. Younger pupils are fascinated by living things and how they live.
